Stone River Farm Food and Flowers

At Stone River Farm we grow vegetables and flowers without the use of pesticides, or chemical  fertilizers, fungicides, or herbicides. We also make baked goods, basil pesto, and blackberry jam. The farm is nestled in a small valley on the Susquehanna River. It is underlain by the same limestone that composes much of neighboring Lancaster County. In the spring we prepare the soil with horse power, and a 1956 Farmall tractor

The area is rich with many native plants that once supported the native Susquehannock people. It is still a beautiful spot, and with the the river causing a moist microclimate, the biological diversity of plants and animals in the area are benefited.

We sell Vegetables, Flowers Cookies, Brownies, Pies, Cakes, Jams, Preserves, Sticky-Buns, Pestos, and Breads.

We can make any of these items to order for any occasion.
